Michael Smith is a Tax Partner in FS Taxation Limited, a company that provides advice on all areas of taxation. He has over 20 years’ experience, and has previously worked in the tax department of two of the Big 4 accountancy firms. He provides consultancy and compliance advice to a range of corporate clients and individuals including high net worth clients. He also has significant experience in the area of Revenue audits and investigations. Michael is an experienced lecturer on taxation matters, and has lectured extensively for the major accountancy bodies and the Irish taxation Institute. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. Michael has lectured and facilitated on the Chartered Tax Consultant programme in 2011, including the Smurfit Business School summer school.
